Summary
Overview
Google Flow is Google’s workspace for AI video. It runs several Veo 3.1 variants (Lite, Fast and Quality) and the newer Gemini Omni Flash model, and it lets you make images with Nano Banana models to use as frames or reference ingredients. Google’s help page says Omni supports video-to-video editing, which most other generators on this site do not.
Who it fits
Flow suits creators who want to storyboard with images, generate clips and adjust them in one place. It also suits people who already have a Google AI plan, because plan credits cover Flow. The same video features appear in the Gemini app for paid plans.
What the plans include
Google’s plans page lists monthly Flow credits from 200 on Plus to 25,000 on the top Ultra plan, and credit costs vary by model, so check the prompt box before you generate. Veo can also be bought per second through the Gemini API.
Limits and alternatives
Clips are short, 4 to 10 seconds, and some Omni editing features are restricted in certain regions. Runway is a credit-based video generator and editor, Kling is a video generator with plans for individuals, and Luma’s Dream Machine offers Ray models.
