Seedance 2.5 is ByteDance’s audio and video generation model. It makes clips up to 30 seconds long in one go, can extend them twice, and follows reference images, videos and audio closely. It also edits existing video, including green-screen work.

What the plans include

ByteDance’s Seedance page lists no price. BytePlus ModelArk bills per token and asks for a balance over $30, a $30 or higher AI Savings Plan, or a resource pack before you can use it. fal bills per output token with no plan and offers text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video at up to 720p.

Limits and alternatives

Output tops out at 1080p on BytePlus and 720p on fal. Kling and Runway are subscription apps with several video models, and Dreamina is ByteDance’s own creative app.
